BEAC Inc was founded in 1992 as a civil and structural engineering company specializing in structural engineering, roadway and bridge engineering, airport engineering, project management and construction management. Significant projects include highway and railroad bridges, truck distribution centers and warehouses, port facilities, and airport improvement projects. Both civil and structural phases of these projects have been successfully completed on time and within budget.

This project is located in Dayton International Aiport. BEAC Inc performed project management / construction management for the design and construction to replace 5 Explosive Detection System (EDS) devices that occupy a significant portion of the check-in lobby, construction cost of $13 Million. This project consists of:

• Reconfiguration / Expansion of TSA security checkpoint screening.
• Circulation / Redesign of existing ATO area.
• New construction for TSA CBIS/CBRA functions.
• New baggage handling system for airlines.
• CBIS addition and baggage make-up building.
• Three new Explosive Detection system.
• New construction for south terminal check in hall.
